Our methods

The programs developed and used are based on our unique methodology. The role of our staff in this process is to act as guides, coaches, mentors, and experts in the subject of change. The client organization does the work by employing teams of its own people throughout our programs. We are facilitators, not consultants. This is consistent with our belief that the answers lie within each of us. Organizational Ownership works with its clients using unique techniques. These methods are

This unique process has developed well-tested programs to help leadership successfully navigate the chaos and uncertainty that often exists in troubled times. We are confident our programs will help leadership and employees gain new confidence and perceived control of their work environment. The result is cohesion among executives, staff, and community in preparing for and managing change. Our goal is to develop self sustaining systems that the client can use to keep themselves in balance. These systems and processes are self-managed and help ensure alignment, growth and progress.
