Self Design Process in which the client creates their own destiny based on their own leadership, strategic direction, and initiatives. This leads workers within the organization to employ teams of their own people throughout our processes to fulfill their destiny.

  1. Agree – Identify and clarify relevant desired change
  2. Analyze – Determine current and future state of the organization
  3. Design – Create strategies, goals and objectives
  4. Develop – Construct plans, support structure, and materials for change.
  5. Do – execute the implementation plan
  6. Digest – continuously monitor, evaluate and improve
