What Is Organizational Ownership?

Organizational Ownership, which we call O2, is a process. O2 fosters an environment which releases the special qualities within people. O2 brings about a state of mind which results in organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Within not-for-profit organizations employees fulfill goals while profitability results in profit-making organizations. This process Unleashes Human Energy within the Organization! Simultaneously work and personal needs are satisfied by Organizational Ownership.

Many traditional organizations use a top-down management style with leaders telling the workforce what to do. Our organizational ownership process places operational decision-making closest to the work. The workforce is empowered and supported to make and act on real-time decisions within the organization. This approach produces greater worker engagement, ownership, satisfaction, and loyalty. O2 also leads to greater customer satisfaction. O2 will have a positive impact inside and outside your organization.

The following represents our Organizational Ownership Blueprint concept.
